Minimum 5 years of experience in development organizational diagnostics and/or implementation of operating models and organizational, Assessing the impact of change and developing and/or implementing change strategies to increase readiness, shorten implementation and achieve, Stakeholder engagement and communications using a range of techniques and media while interacting with executive level clients and building presentations, Experience with assisting or leading in preparing proposals and related presentations to support sales, Experience with facilitation, design thinking and co-creation internally or with clients, An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work, Self motivated with a passion for client work and team, Manage multiple projects with overlapping deliverables as you navigate change at the client site and ambiguity, Collaborative, curious, life long learner and high, A communicator, facilitator and, Leading a team and work to achieve goals and objectives, Have already obtained or have the ability to obtain federal government security clearance
