We’re looking for a Manager, WCB Disability m anagement to lead our national disability management strategy, support operational teams, and elevate how we deliver consistent, effective, and compliant programs across the business. What You'll Do Lead Disability Claims Management & Program Delivery * Oversee the full lifecycle of work-related injury claims across all provinces * Provide leadership, mentorship, and training to the Disability Management team * Partner with operational leaders to drive alignment and engagement with disability programs * Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including compensation boards Drive Strategy, Improvement & Governance * Design, implement, and continuously improve disability management programs and processes * Develop policies, procedures, and cost management strategies (including appeals and objections) * Identify opportunities to enhanc
