What You'll Do Lead Disability Claims Management & Program Delivery * Oversee the full lifecycle of work-related injury claims across all provinces * Provide leadership, mentorship, and training to the Disability Management team * Partner with operational leaders to drive alignment and engagement with disability programs * Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including compensation boards Drive Strategy, Improvement & Governance * Design, implement, and continuously improve disability management programs and processes * Develop policies, procedures, and cost management strategies (including appeals and objections) * Identify opportunities to enhanc
