What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field, 5+ years of warehouse or logistics experience, including shipping and receiving operations, Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role, Forklift certification (or ability to obtain), knowledge of warehouse processes, material handling, and OSHA safety standards, Familiarity with regulatory compliance for shipping, receiving, and storage, Experience coordinating inbound and outbound shipments with carriers, vendors, and internal teams, Ability to perform all duties in environments that may contain dust, wind, high noise, hot and cold weather
Nice to Have
Experience using Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) preferably IBM Maximo, Lean, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement certification, Experience working in a data center or mission-critical environment
