Must Have

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience, The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English, 5 Years of Relevant Experience

Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of recruiting and developing top sales talent and achieving team performance goals., leadership and coaching skills, with a focus on fostering growth and promoting team success., Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and influence without direct authority., Analytical skills to assess performance data, conduct effective business reviews, and develop improvement plans, A results-oriented leader with a passion for coaching and developing high-potential sales talent, Ideal candidate excels in cross-functional collaboration, effectively communicates across departments, and aligns team activities with broader organizational goals., Comfortable presenting business updates and showcasing insights on team performance and alignment with strategic priorities.

What You'll Do.

Develop and coach Inside Service Representatives (ISRs) and Inside Account Managers (IAMs)

Guide IAMs through development path for Account Manager roles

Conduct regular in-field co-travels with IAMs

Hold bi-weekly 1:1 meetings with ISRs and IAMs

Recruit new talent pipeline for Inside Sales team

Perform quarterly business reviews

Address performance gaps with actionable plans

Deliver quarterly business updates to leadership

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Collaborate with Senior Sales Leadership Team (SSLT); Collaborate with Regional Directors; Collaborate with marketing; Collaborate with sales operations; Act as a bridge between inside sales team and business functions
