5 + years of experience in Credit Card and/or Unsecured Lending account management or lifecycle strategy, understanding of credit risk concepts, practical experience as a model user, Proficiency with decision engines, Proficiency with decision tree software, Proficiency with analytical platforms, Demonstrated ability to translate analytical insights into executable strategies, Experience managing cross-functional projects, Experience influencing stakeholders, Familiarity with credit policy, Familiarity with regulatory frameworks, Familiarity with model governance
