Experience with digital transformations such as ERP implementations (e.g., SAP, Oracle)

Full Job Description
Mensen bewegen om samen blijvende verandering tot stand te brengen. Bij Deloitte. * ontwerpen en aansturen van verandermanagement bij verschillende transformaties, zoals digitale, technologie-gedreven transformaties, cultuurtransformaties en organisatietransformaties (bijvoorbeeld reorganisaties, fusies en overnames); * richting geven aan het programma op basis van de impact van een verandering (zoals nieuwe digitale oplossingen of nieuwe manier van werken en processen) op de organisatiestructuur, competenties en vaardigheden, organisatiecultuur en bereidheid tot verandering; * ontwerpen en aansturen van verandermanagement activiteiten en aansturen van multidisciplinaire teams, zowel intern als samen met de klant; * ontwikkelen van een plan voor leiderschap en senior stakeholders om betrokkenheid te verhogen en het managen van de uitvoering en effectiviteit hiervan; * managen en bijsturen op basis van de uitkomsten van succesmetingen van verandermanagement programma’s door middel van data-gedreven analyses; * ontwerpen, faciliteren en leiden van focusgroepen en workshops voor (senior) management. ## Qualifications Natuurlijk ontdek je graag nieuwe manieren om complexe problemen op te lossen en leg je graag de verbinding tussen mensen. Verder heb jij als Manager Transformational Change: * minimaal 6 - 9 jaar aantoonbare (internationale) werkervaring op het gebied van verandermanagement, inclusief ervaring met grootschalige (digitale) transformaties; * aantoonbare ervaring en vaardigheden bij het leiden van verandermanagement bij verschillende transformaties, zoals digitale, technologie-gedreven transformaties, cultuurtransformaties en organisatietransformaties (fusies en overnames). Concrete ervaring met digitale transformaties zoals ERP implementaties (bijvoorbeeld SAP, Oracle) is een pre; * aantoonbare ervaring met het vertalen van strategische doelstellinge
