Manager, Training & Development — Temporary / Fixed-Term Contract Location: Somerset, NJ Job Type: Temporary / Fixed-Term W-2 Contract Schedule: Full-time preferred; part-time or fractional arrangements may be considered for highly qualified candidates. In-office presence required. Contract Duration: Initial anticipated engagement of approximately three to six months, subject to business needs and performance. Position Overview CARIAN is seeking a hands-on Manager, Training & Development to help build the foundation for CARIAN University, our internal learning and development platform. This role will support the design, development, organization, and implementation of training programs that strengthen employee capability, manager effectiveness, compliance readiness, onboarding consistency, and professional development. This is a builder role. The ideal candidate can take broad direction and turn it into practical curriculum, training modules, LMS content, learning paths, templates, and rollout plans. The role requires strong instructional design instincts, practical business judgment, and the ability to work with leadership, HR, subject matter experts, and operations.
