Must Have
7-10 years in training/distribution with experience in new agent activation
What You'll Do.
Design and deliver pre-contracted training
consistent activation program/initiatives/ materials and compliance related training including PITA RFP M2
deliver and monitor start up and activation’s KPI (first 30 days
etc. for both financial scheme and year 1 agents
design and deliver advanced sales
product & technical mastery programs
initiatives and materials
Partner with product/ marketing teams for product training.
Ensure compliance-related training is update
Prepare audit-ready training reports and documentation
Drive Innovation in digital learning and blended training approaches.
Drive collaboration with agency leaders for retention
coach and develop the subordinate to deliver impactful
Conduct Train-the-trainer
To facilitate cross-training across other faculty-led programs
Ensuring the annual training compliance rate is achieved
In charge of training related systems - LMS
