Proven track record in medical economics, deep expertise in areas such as healthcare analytics and economics, VBC contract management, risk adjustment, network optimization, cost management, Extensive hands-on experience with systems enabling value-based care operations, Demonstrated ability to create effective training materials, communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively, analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities, Exceptional project management skills, a collaborative, results-oriented mindset

Nice to Have

Previous experience with Arcadia solutions, Passion for educating others, enthusiasm for customers' success, Previous experience in consulting with provider and/or payer organizations on leveraging data to deliver on Value-based care programs
