In this role, you will be responsible for translating compensation insights into actionable strategies by partnering directly with cross-functional teams and business leaders. You will help ensure our pay transparency efforts are aligned with business expectations globally, while also supporting other high-impact and strategic total rewards initiatives. The successful candidate will proactively identify pay transparency needs for our organization—both current and forward-looking—and collaborate with cross-functional teams and leaders to address related matters, ensuring that analytical outputs are understood, validated, and effectively applied across the business. Role: \- Partner with cross-functional teams and businesses to support global pay equity and transparency strategies \- Translate analytical findings into business-relevant insights and recommendations Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between data analysis and business expectations \- Monitor and interpret trends in pay data, including equity and fairness across the organization \- Ensure compliance with pay transparency regulations and serve as a subject matter expert on the evolving global pay equity landscape, including the EU Directive \- Continuously track global changes in pay e
