Job Description Job Title: Manager, Technology – Platform Solution(GIS) Department: Technology responsible for staffing, coaching, performance management, and expertise development. Education and/or Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in GIS, Geomatics, Geography, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 8–12 years of GIS experience with 3–5 years in platform operations or leadership roles. Language Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills.Deep expertise in ESRI ArcGIS ecosystem, including ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Pro, Field Maps, Survey123, Experience Builder, geodatabases, SDE, versioning, and GIS integrations. Reasoning Ability Strong analytical and spatial reasoning skills. Computer Skills Proficient in ESRI tools, scripting (Python/ArcPy), Azure, APIs, and database platforms. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations ESRI technical certifications preferred.
