What They're Looking For.
Must Have
BE Tech in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of experience or Diploma in Electrical with 7 years of experience, Contract administration experience of 3 years or more required, Knowledge of occupational safety requirements, PC literacy and proven ability to manage daily activities using various systems, Demonstrated experience with client reporting and preparation of reports required, Availability to work 6 days per week on a rotational shift basis
Nice to Have
knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices, Experience with sustainability initiatives and green building practices, Knowledge of local building codes and regulations, Familiarity with project management methodologies

assisting the Engineering Manager/Chief Engineer in the operation of mechanical
and BMS installations
managing critical environment operations and preventive maintenance programs
coordinating ad-hoc M&E setups
ensuring contractors follow house rules
proactively approaching energy management
and process improvements
overseeing purchasing and stock management of spares and consumables
tracking and updating work orders
and closures in the Prism tool
liaising with landlords on utility and facility-related matters
ensuring compliance with safety standards
managing project coordination with vendors and the FM team
managing and leading the technical team
ensuring statutory documentation is up-to-date and compliant with regulations
