Serviceability is the ability to maintain, repair, and manage infrastructure assets efficiently throughout their lifecycle — encompassing maintenance standards, spares management, training and certifications, operational readiness, and the systematic use of data and automation to prevent disruptions and drive continuous improvement. We are seeking an experienced manager of Technical Program Managers to lead our Mechanical Serviceability & Special Programs team. What you will do: You will manage a team of 6 TPMs who define and drive maintenance standards, serviceability programs, and operational readiness across the global fleet. You will provide technical and programmatic leadership to your team while partnering with engineering, operations, construction, and design stakeholders to ensure our data centers are maintained safely, reliably, and efficiently. You will own the strategy and execution for mechanical serviceability and multiple special programs simultaneously — setting priorities, removing blockers, and ensuring your team delivers results that scale. You will be responsible for hiring and developing top TPM talen
