What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in a technology or clinical field, or equivalent work experience, Minimum 5 years experience in a technical field, 3+ years experience with API design/development, AWS,. JSON, Power BI, and/or Azure, Experience working in a regulated industry (i. e. , GCP)
Nice to Have
Understanding of, and appreciation for, IT Quality Processes, Cyber Security, and Patient Privacy, Experience with Clinical Data Flow Systems and Processes, Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end technology delivery, Proven experience with leading small to mid-sized teams, The ability to manage multiple, and disparate activities simultaneously, Ability to influence broadly across organizations and work effectively across levels, Ability to self-manage and comfort with making decisions with potential of long-term impact, Highly flexible, able to adapt to changes in priorities, requirements and processes, Ability to be flexible in working hours to work with a global team and accommodate global business needs
