What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, engineering, or computer science field, 6-8+ years of hands-on experience in technical account management, solutions engineering, or similar roles in technology or travel industries, Demonstrated analytical skills, with a proven ability to leverage data and insights to drive business strategy and decisions, Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities across concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment, problem-solving skills and a self-starter mentality - able to identify opportunities, relentlessly drive growth, and push projects over the finish line, Practical experience with API integrations/data transfers, proficiency in SQL, proficiency in Excel, Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have
In-depth understanding of technical integrations and system architecture, Experience in travel technology, hospitality tech, or related industries, command of Python, command of XML, command of data modeling concepts
What You'll Do.
Manage end-to-end technical account management for Agoda’s largest B2B accounts
Take full ownership of connection performance
