Must Have
Degree in Electrical/Mechanical /Civil /Marine Engineering OR equivalent, min 8 to 12 years of working experience in Facility Industry /Mall/Real Estate/ Hotel or Construction Industry, thorough understanding of all safety and environmental concerns as they relate to the equipment and the overall plant arena
Nice to Have
For residential sites candidates with residential experience will be preferred
What You'll Do.
Manage daily operations at the site
Ensure technical services meet client requirements
Oversee electromechanical operations and maintenance
Oversee all building systems including fire/life safety
Ensure documentation of assets
Implement and maintain sustainable practices
Manage and coordinate with facility management teams
Conduct regular property inspections and audits
Ensure documentation of assets under defect liability period
and develop shift engineers and maintenance staff
Formulate budgeting controls
Monitor SLA’s & KPI’s
Maintain service level agreements
Ensure timely renewal of agreements
Oversee vendor quotations and invoices
Ensure proper signoffs for attendance
Ensure timely submission of client approved cost sheet
Manage Engineering operational accounts
Recommend/implement Asset specific maintenance
Ensure all planned preventive maintenance (PPM) are carried out
Suggest and implement improvements for preventive maintenance
Coordinate with contractors
tenants and engineers
Maintain service /repair contracts
Conduct risk/root-cause analysis
Implement inventory control programs
Assess building operations
Conduct regular inspections of operating MEP equipment
Ensure compliance with applicable codes
Coordinate and maintain as-built drawing
Create emergency response plan
Maintain engineering and other reports
Develop/maintain maintenance and safety procedure manuals
Submit invoice to client
Work closely with regional RO / HO / SME/ Training teams
Facilitate services under the Slogan “No Safety No Work”

You will be accountable for ensuring that all technical services are as per client’s requirements. All electromechanical operations and their repair and maintenance will be in your purview. You would be managing the following: # * Overseeing all building systems including fire/life safety, MEP and all critical utilities. * Ensuring the documentation of assets under asset list/ tracker. * Implement and maintain sustainable practices in line with GRIHA, WELL, and BSC guidelines. * Manage and coordinate with facility management teams to ensure compliance with sustainability standards. * Conduct regular property inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement in sustainability and energy efficiency. * Ensuring the documentation and checking of the assets under defect liability period and AMC/CAMC in a tracker. * Be responsible for hiring, training and development of shift engineers and maintenance staff. * Formulating suitable budgeting controls and Monitoring SLA’s & KPI’s for JLL and outsourced agencies towards effective service deliverance. * Maintaining service level agreements and keeping performance indicator scores above excellence. * Ensuring timely renewal of the agreement, submission of invoice
