LA28 does not provide relocation assistance. LA28 is the independent, non-profit, privately funded organizing committee for the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Manager, Talent Programs LA28 is seeking a strategic, highly organized, and collaborative Manager, Talent Programs to lead the implementation and operational management of enterprise talent initiatives that support organizational priorities and employee experiences throughout the LA28 journey. This role serves as the program management lead for a portfolio of talent programs and strategic initiatives, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, managing timelines and deliverables, tracking outcomes, and ensuring successful execution. The Manager, Talent Programs will translate strategy into action by overseeing program operations, supporting pilot initiatives, managing participant experiences, and helping scale talent programs as organizational needs evolve.
