## Job Title Manager - Talent Acquisition Career Level: D3 Introduction to role We are looking for a results-driven Recruitment Manager (IC) to independently manage end-to-end hiring while partnering closely with business stakeholders. This role focuses on delivering high-quality talent through effective sourcing, strong stakeholder management, expertise in AI platforms and data-driven recruitment practices. Ready to shape how we attract the people who power life-changing science? ## Accountabilities Lead and execute end-to-end recruitment for a defined portfolio, from intake briefing through to offer and onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers. Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs, advise on market insights and design targeted hiring strategies that balance speed, quality and diversity. Use AI platforms, digital tools and data to build sourcing strategies, track funnel performance and continuously improve time-to-hire and quality-of-hire. Manage the country relocation process for new hires, coordinating with internal partners and external vendors to ensure a smooth transition. Conduct interviews and pre-selection assessments, providing clear recommendations based on role requirements and behavioural fit. Oversee offer management, including negotiation within policy, and ensure all hiring administration is accurate, compliant and timely. Collaborate with colleagues across the global recruitment community to share best practices, pilot new approaches and drive innovation in how we attract talent. Champion our employer brand in every interaction, ensuring candidates experience a transparent, respectful and engaging process. This applies to both lateral & campus recruitments alike.
