Read on to learn more about an exciting opportunity to join our team.** **Impact You’ll Make** * Lead the development and execution of enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategies that support Client Services & Operations and align with long-term organizational goals. * Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, influencing workforce planning, talent market strategy, and hiring priorities. * Drive operational excellence across the full recruitment lifecycle, establishing scalable processes, performance metrics, and best-in-class recruiting standards. * Build, develop, and mentor a high-performing recruiting team, fostering accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. * Champion innovative sourcing methodologies and emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tools, to enhance talent acquisition effectiveness and efficiency. * Leverage recruitment analytics, competitive intelligence, and market insights to inform executive decision-making and optimize hiring outcomes. * Partner with Operational Groups to drive employer branding and talent marketing initiatives to strengthen market positioning and enhance candidate attraction strategies. **What You’ll Do** * Oversee and continuously improve full-cycle recruitment processes to ensure an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. * Partner with executive and senior business leaders to design and implement strategic hiring plans aligned with business growth objectives. * Establish and monitor recruiting KPIs, workforce analytics, and reporting dashboards to measure performance and drive data-informed decisions.
