About the team and position We’re looking for an experienced and proven Manager to join our unique and exciting organization, supporting Talent Acquisition efforts within our Operations Talent team. The Manager, Talent Acquisition will have the unique opportunity to build, develop, and lead the execution of full life-cycle recruiting for Carvana’s Operations teams, while guiding a recruiting team to meet (or crush) high-volume hiring targets. In this role you’ll lead your team to success in one of our company’s top priorities - staffing Carvana’s Operations teams with top talent. You’ll also develop strong business relationships with your business partners and internal customers. Most importantly, you’ll see your efforts and insights result in an immediate, tangible impact every day in a company that’s been (and will continue) changing the game.
