What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 10+ years of recruiting experience preferably in Non IT / Support functions / IT Recruitment, Graduate preferably MBA, Ability to manage teams and also source, recruit and hire, Proven ability to efficiently fulfill both high volume and leadership roles for Technology, Operation and Customer support, Understands industry measurements, A customer service focus, with the ability to influence and build internal and external relationships, Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in the English, Very good sourcing skills, with a sound understanding of Boolean searches, LinkedIn & creative recruiting tactics, Ability to leverage data to continuously improve recruiting practices, Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, Stake Holder Engagement, Problem Solving & Time management
What You'll Do.
Responsible for directing the team
supporting and delivering the requisitions based on business needs
trends and market spaces to align with Alight needs and requirements in terms of costs and effectiveness
Manages the team dynamics as well as drives on performance
evaluates and makes concrete decisions on way forward
Responsible for end-to-end recruitment cycle of Non Tech/ Technology or IT Hiring at varying levels
Provide a seamless and transparent recruiting experience for all parties
Find talent using tools such as LinkedIn
Candidate Management and stakeholder management
Act as a representative and champion of the Alight brand
Support in MIS and routine process related activities
