Provide technical leadership for a portfolio of programs

Approve Estimate at Complete (EAC) financial reviews
Approve staffing reviews
Approve capture reviews
Approve recurring program execution reviews
Ensure technical execution aligns with operating unit financial
Support engineering leadership development
Support workforce planning
Facilitate resource sharing across multiple business areas
Partner with program leadership to forecast headcount requirements
Partner with engineering homeroom to forecast skill gaps
Drive workforce development
Drive succession planning
Drive engineering leadership pipeline initiatives
Optimize resource sharing and cross-functional staffing
Drive engineering execution strategy
Develop strategic initiatives to enhance engineering technical execution
