The team is composed of strong individual contributors and leaders who bring a consulting mindset, deep functional expertise, and the ability to independently drive outcomes while influencing stakeholders in a fast paced, global environment. This Business Analyst position is responsible for partnering closely with Accounting and Finance stakeholders while also serving as a key liaison to technical teams to deliver scalable, high quality solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, the ability to manage and develop direct reports, and a high degree of ownership in driving work forward. Success in this role requires strong functional accounting knowledge, technical aptitude, and the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable requirements. This individual will play a critical leadership role in Mastercard’s transformation journey, including the migration from Oracle E-Business Suite to Cloud Financials, requiring experience in large-scale system implementations, change management, and the ability to lead teams through ambiguity and transformation.
