Job Overview Mejuri is hiring a Manager, Supply Planning to help shape and transform the function from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to build the frameworks, processes, and team culture that will define how supply planning operates at Mejuri — translating open-to-buy into purchase orders, holding a global supplier base accountable on MOQs, lead times, and capacity, and driving the performance standards that keep product flowing efficiently across every channel. Reporting to the Director of Strategic Sourcing and Supply Planning, you'll sit at the centre of a cross-functional network — working daily with Demand Planning, Logistics, Merchandising, and the broader Supply Planning team to make sure the right product flows through the network efficiently, and that supply risk never catches the business off guard.
