What They're Looking For.
Must Have
graduate, 12 to 15 years’ experience with Demand Planning, Product/application development/management in the area of Demand / Forecast Management, Planning, APS(Kinaxis) and ERP (Baan) planning knowledge, good experience in Planning and/or Supply Chain Management, Good in SQL, any planning tools, Good knowledge in MS-office (excel - Macros, Reports analysis and Metrics building), requirement gathering, gap analysis & solutioning in the area of Demand & Supply planning application, Ability to manage global stakeholders, English communication, Negotiation, Project self-driven skills, problem solving, structured thinking, prepared to work in a Global Environment that involves all the possible time zones

APICS or other SC certification

Drive design and deployment of solutions
Execute projects related to Demand planning
Be a SME in planning solutions
identifying process/solution gaps
focus on continuous improvements
Execute POCs to validate new Supply chain solutions
Establish Project Manage project from initiation to delivery
Review and maintain Project Plan
report weekly project progress and risks
Create and/or update Training Documentation
Coordinate and perform UAT
Support business enablement
Support Global/Regional teams' initiatives
Provide timely reports and metrics
upgrade to learn on a continuous basis
Provide/Request advice to Project Team
Conduct presentations and training
