What They're Looking For.
Must Have
graduate, 12 to 15 years’ experience with Demand Planning, Product/application development/management in the area of Demand / Forecast Management, Planning, APS(Kinaxis) and ERP (Baan) planning knowledge, Good in SQL, Good knowledge in MS-office (excel - Macros, Reports analysis and Metrics building), requirement gathering, gap analysis & solutioning in the area of Demand & Supply planning application, Ability to manage global stakeholders, English communication, Negotiation, Project self-driven skills, problem solving, structured thinking
Nice to Have
APICS or other SC certification

Enhance the solution/product
Execute POCs to validate new Supply chain solutions
Establish Project Management from initiation to delivery
Ensure compliance of the solution
Review and maintain Project Plan
Report weekly project progress and risks
Create and/or update Training Documentation
Coordinate and perform UAT
Support business enablement
Respond to customers specific planning requirements
Support Global/Regional teams' initiatives
Provide timely reports and metrics
Upgrade to learn on a continuous basis
Provide/Request advice to Project Team

Team & Collaboration
Coordinate and perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing) related to Enhancements and Bug Fixes with Business Groups/Sites.; Support Global/Regional teams' initiatives in driving Demand Management /APS system utilization, standardization & planning process simplification, global stakeholder mgmt.; Provide/Request advice to Project Team and Supply Chain Solutions Management to achieve goals in accordance with established policies and project scope.; Conduct presentations and training to Project Team and Management as needed.
