What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's Degree with at least 8 years’ experience in Subcontracts Management, Procurement, Business Management, Program Management, or Contracts Management or a Master’s Degree with at least 6 years’ experience in Subcontracts Management, Procurement, Business Management, Program Management, or Contracts Management, Experience managing Supply Chain or Program Management teams and/or a team of 5+ people in support of major defense programs, 5 years of people leadership experience, Experience with FAR and DFARS and/or similar environments supporting programs that range from research & development to full rate production, Experience with SAP or related purchasing software, and Excel, PowerPoint, & MS Project, Experience managing supply chain metrics and financials, Ability to travel at least 25% of the time, US Citizenship required, Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret Security clearance

Nice to Have

Master Degree in Business, Global Supply Chain or Project Management, Experience with the SAP procurement system, Experience with performance management, Experience with NG Principles and Operating Practices, Experience with metric analysis, Experience conducting presentations to and collaborating with Senior Leadership, Demonstrated experience assuring compliance with company command media and government regulations
