ensure that all supply chain commitments are met; ensure that prior to program execution, all elements of the proposed program(s) plans have complete and accurate schedules, budgets, makeuy plans, and procurement and subcontracts strategies; support corporate, sector and division objectives

develop and execute appropriate mitigation plans to address any programmatic risks related to suppliers; supply chain issue resolution

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of experience in supply chain management, program/project management, sustainment, proposals, procurement OR a Master's Degree with 3 years of experience in supply chain management, program/project management, sustainment, proposals, procurement OR High School Diploma/Equivalent with at least 9 years of experience in supply chain management, program/project management, sustainment, proposals, procurement, 2 years experience leading a team, process, and/or projects, Earned Value Management (EVMS) experience, Ability to obtain a U. S. Government Secret clearance
Nice to Have
Active U. S. Government Secret Clearance, CAM certification and/or experience, GSC experience, Master's degree, Solid understanding of business systems, Supplier Management experience, Experience in GSC project management, Ability to deal effectively with change and challenges and helps others to do the same
What You'll Do.
Manage material and services content for a Program
Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure supply chain commitments
Develop mitigation plans for programmatic risks
Ensure program plans have accurate schedules
Manage resource planning
Manage schedule performance
risk/opportunity management
Manage supplier performance
Resolve supply chain issues
Brief PMO and executive management on program status
Provide leadership for GSC organization
Lead process improvement initiatives
Participate in leadership meetings
and execution of supplier events
Manage Total Cost of GSC budget allocations
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Coordinates cross-functionally to ensure that all supply chain commitments are met; Partner with a wide range of stakeholders to support corporate, sector and division objectives; Collaborating across functions for supply chain solutions
Communication Scope
Briefs the PMO and executive management on the status and issues affecting Program cost and schedule performance
Process & Methodology
Program/project management, Resource planning, Schedule performance, Risk/opportunity management, Budget management
