Must Have
Bachelor's Degree and 8 years experience in Supply Chain Management and/or Program/Project Management and/or Manufacturing/Operations OR Master's Degree and 6 years experience in Supply Chain Management and/or Program/Project Management and/or Manufacturing/Operations, Minimum 3 years experience as a team lead or direct manager of people, Microsoft Office suite experience, US Citizenship, Ability to obtain and maintain Secret clearance
Nice to Have
SAP experience, Experience in risk and opportunity management, Experience at government contractors, Experience with FAR / DFAR, Experience in Production/Operations, Earned Value Management System (EVMS) experience, Experience in Control Account Manager (CAM) responsibilities, Experience in different contract types (Cost Plus/Fixed Price), Experience with specifications, drawings & supplier statements of work (SOWs), Experience managing technical specifications, drawings and manufacturing process instructions, Experience in proposal and estimation work, Experience with international programs or suppliers, Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, Ability to obtain a Top Secret/SCI security clearance
What You'll Do.
Manage program subcontract material and services content
Lead Supplier Management Team for PMO
Coordinate cross-functionally to meet supply chain commitments
Develop and execute mitigation plans for programmatic risks
Utilize Supplier Performance Management Process framework
Develop oversight strategy based on risk elements
Lead proposal solicitations
Support supplier negotiations
Ensure program plans have accurate schedules and budgets
Ensure program plans have accurate make-buy plans
Ensure program plans have accurate procurement strategies
Ensure program plans have accurate subcontracts strategies
Ensure supplier compliance with SOW and subcontract
Coordinate supplier design reviews
Coordinate supplier manufacturing reviews
Coordinate supplier program reviews
Act as supplier Change Board interface
Oversee supplier production operations
Drive optimization in capacity analysis
Drive optimization in manufacturing flow
Drive optimization in predictable schedules
Drive optimization in production status tracking
Coordinate with internal Supplier Quality representatives
Develop subcontract budget
Develop sales forecast
Perform EVMS/CAM responsibilities
Monitor schedule performance
Ensure recovery plans for schedule erosion
Brief Program Manager peers on subcontract status
Brief Executive Leadership Team on subcontract status
Brief Customer on subcontract status
Identify opportunities
Execute risk mitigation
Plan opportunity mitigation
