Must Have
Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Supply Chain Management and/or Program/Project Management and/or Manufacturing/Operations OR Master's Degree and 6 years of experience in Supply Chain Management and/or Program/Project Management and/or Manufacturing/Operations, Minimum of 3 years experience as a team lead or direct manager of people, Microsoft Office suite experience, US Citizenship, Ability to obtain and maintain Secret clearance
Nice to Have
SAP experience, Experience in risk and opportunity management, Experience at government contractors, Experience with FAR / DFAR, Experience in Production/Operations, Earned Value Management System (EVMS) experience, Experience in Control Account Manager (CAM) responsibilities, Experience in different contract types (Cost Plus/Fixed Price), Experience with specifications, drawings & supplier statements of work (SOWs), Experience managing technical specifications, drawings and manufacturing process instructions, Experience in proposal and estimation work, Experience with international programs or suppliers, Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, Ability to obtain a Top Secret/SCI security clearance
What You'll Do.
oversight and performance of major
Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure supply chain commitments are
Develop and execute mitigation plans for programmatic risks
Utilize Supplier Performance Management Process framework to develop
Lead solicitations for proposals
Support supplier negotiations
Ensure program plans have accurate schedules
Ensure supplier compliance with SOW and subcontract
Coordinate supplier design
Act as supplier Change Board interface
Oversee supplier production operations
Drive optimization in capacity analysis
Coordinate with internal Supplier Quality representatives
Develop subcontract budget
Develop sales forecasting
Perform EVMS/CAM responsibilities
Monitor schedule performance
Ensure recovery plans are in place for schedule
Brief Program Manager peers

Identify risks and opportunities
Plan and execute risk mitigation
Plan and execute opportunity mitigation
