Get to Know the Role As the Manager of Supply Chain Operations Excellence , you will design, implement, and scale world-class standard operating procedures (SOPs) across our qCommerce network of dark stores and distribution centers. Serving as the champion for operational excellence, you will lead continuous optimization efforts to drive measurable improvements across our core supply chain metrics, including reliability, lead time (LT), and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You will report to Head of Supply Chain and be based onsite at Petaling Jaya office. The Critical Tasks You Will Perform * Standard Work & Process Design: Design, document, and enforce standard work (SOPs) for all in-store and warehouse fulfillment activities, including picking, packing, counter handover flow, and outbound processes. * Operational Excellence (OE) Implementation: Strengthen in-store operations by designing and rolling out roles like the 'store captain' to push for operation quality and ensuring adherence to key performance indicators like pick/pack/ready on time metrics. * Continuous Optimization: Identify and address process bottlenecks and inefficiencies across the supply chain, such as
