What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 6-8 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or operations, focus on process optimization and operational excellence, Proven expertise in designing and implementing scalable standard work (SOPs) in a dynamic, high-volume environment, Experience in managing 3PL/4PL providers and holding them accountable to strict performance SLAs
Nice to Have
Familiarity with supply chain technologies such as Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS)

Lead the continuous improvement of last-mile delivery processes
Lead the end-to-end design
