Full Job Description
* Lead and manage supply chain planning to ensure alignment with strategic account goals. * Coordinate across departments to ensure capacity planning and site utilization are optimized for current and future demand. * Material Planning & Execution * Oversee the Clear to Build (CTB) process: * Ensure all materials are available for production. * Proactively identify and resolve shortages by collaborating with warehouse, procurement, and manufacturing teams. * Inventory Management * Own and manage inventory levels across the supply chain: * Maintain inventory within target thresholds. * Monitor and reduce excess and obsolete (E&O) inventory. * Drive corrective actions to align with inventory targets. * Performance Monitoring & Reporting * Track and analyze supply chain KPIs (e.g., OTIF, inventory turns, CTB rate). * Identify risks and opportunities, and implement mitigation or improvement plans. * Demand & Supply Alignment * Lead supply/demand reviews: * Ensure accurate forecasting and planning. * Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. * Stakeholder Management * Build and maintain strong relationships with: * Customers – to understand demand and service expectations. * Suppliers – to ensure timely material availability. * Forwarders/logistics partners – to manage inbound/outbound flows. * Tool & Process Enhancement * Drive IT tool enhancements to support: * Demand planning. * Material planning. * Reporting and analytics. * Collaborate with IT and planning teams to implement and optimize planning systems.
