About the Role As the manager, you will be responsible for establishing and leading all logistics operations supporting a clean-sheet aircraft development program—from prototype and flight test through to production ramp-up. This is a unique opportunity to architect the company’s logistics and material flow strategy from the ground up, encompassing transportation, warehousing, inventory control, and global trade compliance. You will lead a small, high-performing team and develop the processes, systems, and partnerships needed to ensure the efficient and compliant movement of materials worldwide. This role is ideal for a hands-on, strategic leader who excels in building scalable logistics frameworks in dynamic, startup environments. About the Department The Supply Chain organization is at the heart of the company’s industrial strategy, enabling the transition from innovative design to production reality. The department’s mission is to establish a world-class supply base and integrated value chain supporting the full lifecycle of the aircraft program—from concept and prototype through certification and full-rate production.
