Must Have
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field, Seven (7) years’ progressive experience in customer service, Five (5) years in a supervisory or management position, Experience in short-, medium-, and long-term strategic planning and management, Experience in managing human resources, Experience in developing and implementing effective work methods, Ability to implement creative solutions, Experience in using computer systems and software (Windows, word processors, spreadsheets, databases, financial and accounting systems, email, Internet), Experience in managing IT projects, Leadership qualities, Good judgment, Excellent ability to work under pressure, Excellent ability to communicate, Excellent ability to facilitate good interpersonal relations, Excellent ability to analyse, synthesize, and solve complex problems, Commitment to customer service, Negotiating skills, Empathy, Flexibility, Bilingualism (spoken and written)

What You'll Do.
Plan and implement strategies for student account billing
Implement strategies for student account collections
Design and implement competitive payment methods
and implement reimbursement methods
and evaluate section staff
Manage the creation of the Student Account Reimbursement Committee
Recruit members for the committee
Draft and implement policies and guidelines
Ensure students receive professional services
Ensure financial information remains confidential
Evaluate the section’s goals
Assess service quality
Monitor work progress
Write the annual report
