This role ensures that site strategy is executed effectively through the design, alignment, and delivery of complex strategic programs and initiatives. Acting as an end-to-end program and project lead, the Manager defines the approach, timeline, resources, risks, and budget required to deliver strategic outcomes while driving change, alignment, and sustained performance improvement across the site. **Key Responsibilities** Strategy Execution Support * Support the execution of strategic priorities by translating strategy into clear programs, projects, and deliverables. * Ensure strategic initiatives remain aligned to overall site and enterprise strategy, adapting plans as needed to changing business conditions. * Combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, directly driving work where needed to ensure momentum and results. * Coordinate tactical activities across teams, ensuring delivery remains connected
