What They're Looking For.
Must Have
7+ years of consulting experience, Experience across multiple ESG topics, understanding of regulatory frameworks, understanding of emerging standards, analytical skills, communication skills (in Dutch and English), Proven project management skills, Agility and adaptability, collaborative mindset, motivation to contribute to people development, motivation to contribute to inclusive team culture, affinity with (generative) AI, motivated to actively leverage this technology
Nice to Have
consulting skills, passion for sustainability, passion for business transformation, familiarity with digital ESG solutions, familiarity with sustainability analytics tools

Lead ESG advisory engagements
Advise clients on decarbonization
Advise clients on climate risk
Advise clients on circularity
Advise clients on human rights
Advise clients on supply chain sustainability
Address ESG regulatory developments
Identify opportunities for cross and upselling
Identify green field opportunities
Apply ESG-related technologies
Support client delivery
Build the business case for transformation
Leverage understanding of business context
Leverage understanding of operations
Apply quantitative analyses
Lead multidisciplinary project teams
Deliver high impact solutions
Contribute to climate strategy
Contribute to circular business model development
Contribute to human rights due diligence
Ensure project excellence
Act as a trusted advisor
