What They're Looking For.
Must Have
7+ years of consulting experience, Masters Degree, Experience across multiple ESG topics, understanding of regulatory frameworks and emerging standards, analytical and communication skills (in Dutch and English), Proven project management skills, Agility and adaptability within dynamic client environments, collaborative mindset, motivation to contribute to people development and inclusive team culture, affinity with (generative) AI, motivated to actively leverage this technology in your day-to-day work
Nice to Have
consulting skills with a passion for sustainability and business transformation, familiarity with digital ESG solutions or sustainability analytics tools
What You'll Do.
Leading ESG advisory engagements from proposal development and scoping to delivery
Advising clients on decarbonization
supply chain sustainability and addressing ESG regulatory developments
Identifying opportunities for cross and upselling within existing client accounts
Identifying green field opportunities
Applying ESG-related technologies and tools to support client delivery
identifying and implementing their ESG strategies to protect and create long-term
building the business case for transformation
leveraging solid understanding of business context and operations
applying tech solutions and AI tools
lead multidisciplinary project teams
collaborate closely with colleagues from diverse international backgrounds
deliver high impact solutions for our clients
contribute to a wide range of engagements
ensure project excellence
act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders
