We’re seeking a talented Manager to join our Strategy and Operations team, leading the delivery of high-impact consulting engagements and supporting our clients to define strategy, improve performance and execute complex transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities * Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic and operational engagements, ensuring high-quality outcomes aligned to client objectives * Help clients define their vision, priorities and pathways to growth or transformation * Lead business case development, including financial modelling, cost-benefit analysis and investment prioritisation * Oversee the design and implementation of organisational and operational improvements, including process optimisation, workforce planning and service delivery redesign * Apply structured project and program management disciplines to ensure delivery is on time, within scope and aligned to strategic outcomes * Build and manage senior client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and influencing decision-making at executive levels * Lead multidisciplinary teams, providing direction, coaching and performance management to deliver high-quality work * Drive data-driven insights through market research, stakeholder engagement and analysis to inform strategic recommendations * Contribute to practice growth through business development activities, including proposal developmen
