# **Impact** As a Manager, Strategy and Insights, you will be responsible for working across functions and with senior leaders to help identify and evaluate critical strategic problems and priorities, catalyzing action against them through strategy measurement and value management. Acting as a strategist, consultant, and implementer, you will play a critical role in helping to build a healthy organization, setting the right strategy and process, and driving critical cross-functional efforts in close step with senior leadership. While no two days are the same, you will work alongside core business functions to bring Shipt’s enterprise strategies to life and lead high-impact research to define our right to win in new or emerging categories. You will serve as the lead orchestrator for an internal insights Center of Excellence, partnering with intelligence vendors to build and execute a comprehensive insights roadmap that democratizes access to high-quality data.
