Full Job Description
**Job Description** We are looking for a commercially driven Pricing Manager to lead pricing strategy and execution across our warehousing and B2B distribution business. This role will be responsible for developing competitive, data-driven pricing models that optimize revenue, improve margins and support business growth while remaining aligned with market dynamics and customer expectations. ****Responsibilities:**** 1\. Pricing Strategy & Governance * Develop and implement pricing frameworks for warehousing, transportation, and value-added logistics services * Establish pricing guidelines, approval processes and governance structures * Continuously review and refine pricing strategies based on market trends and cost fluctuations 2\. Commercial Support & Tender Management * Lead pricing for RFQs, RFPs, and contract renewals * Partner with Sales and Product teams to structure competitive proposals * Provide financial modeling and scenario analysis for large deals and strategic accounts 3\. Costing & Margin Optimization * Build detailed cost models for warehouse operations (storage, handling, manpower) and B2B deliveries * Analyze profitability at customer and product levels * Identify opportunities to improve margins through pricing adjustments and cost efficiencies 4\. Data Analytics & Reporting * Leverage data analytics to monitor pricing performance, win/loss ratios and margin trends * Use market intelligence and benchmarking to ensure competitiveness 5\. Cross-Functional Collaboration * Work closely with Operations, Finance and Product to align pricing with cost structures and service capabilities * Support product development and new service offerings with pricing insights 6\. Systems & Process Improvement * Drive improvements in pricing tools, automation and standardization * Ensure accurate pricing data management within internal systems ****Education/Certificates:**** \- Bachelor’s degree in Business / Commerce / Economics / Supply Chain Management / Logistics
