What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years owning Enterprise or Strategic account relationships, including retention and growth outcomes, 3+ years of people leadership experience, analytical skills and business judgment, Proven ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution, Experience building relationships with senior business leaders, entrepreneurs, industry leaders, and studio owners, Ability to think analytically and apply learnings to complex client situations, Track record of evaluating and developing talent, building a high-performing team culture, Comfort with web technologies, CRM, and sales enablement
Nice to Have
fitness and beauty industry experience, SaaS experience strongly preferred

Introduce new products and offerings
Set strategy for Strategic Accounts team
Own team revenue and retention goals
and lead programs for account health
Lead solution development addressing customer needs
Grow profitable sales volume within assigned accounts
Align to customer outcomes and strategic objectives
and validate customer needs
Strengthen executive relationships
Elevate Mindbody as a trusted partner
Expand relationships through additional products
Serve as a consistent point of contact for strategic customers
