Must Have

5+ years owning Enterprise or Strategic account relationships, including retention and growth outcomes, 3+ years of people leadership experience, analytical skills and business judgment, Proven ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution, Experience building relationships with senior business leaders, entrepreneurs, industry leaders, and studio owners, Ability to think analytically and apply learnings to complex client situations, Track record of evaluating and developing talent, building a high-performing team culture, Comfort with web technologies, CRM, and sales enablement

fitness and beauty industry experience, SaaS experience strongly preferred
