Must Have
Bachelor's degree in communications, public policy, or business, 5-7 years progressive experience in stakeholder relations, Experience working with highly technical subjects, Experience managing consultation processes, Proven track record developing and executing multi-stakeholder engagement strategies, Experience developing high-quality stakeholder-facing products, Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, Knowledge of aviation operations, Knowledge of issues management, Knowledge of data-informed engagement, Knowledge of cross-functional program delivery

The role orchestrates complex consultation processes, participates in cross-functional planning initiatives, and strengthen both internal understanding of stakeholder interests and external positioning of transformation initiatives projects that shape the future of air navigation services (ANS). This role combines strategic thinking with strong planning and position development, mapping and navigating complex stakeholder ecosystems (e.g., airlines, airports, industry associations, communities, and other partners) while driving collaborative solutions in a high demand environment.
