What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of experience designing and running leadership development, learning coaching, facilitation, instructional design, or organizational psychology background
Nice to Have
Experience in biotech, AI, deeptech, or other technical or scientific organizations, Familiarity with HiBob, Greenhouse, or similar HRIS/ATS platforms, Background in organizational development, change management, or culture-building work, Prior experience in a startup or scale-up environment where the program was built from scratch or significantly rebuilt

Collect and synthesize participant feedback to surface insights and recommend program improvements
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partnering closely with program sponsors, executive sponsors, EAs, and HR leadership; Serve as the connective tissue between participants, sponsors, and HR leadership, keeping everyone aligned, on schedule, and bought in; Communicate clearly and concisely with participants, sponsors, and HR leadership across all levels — keeping stakeholders aligned on program status, risks, and outcomes

Process & Methodology
Sharp program management, Own the end-to-end program calendar, cohort logistics, and operational cadence, Partner with EAs to manage scheduling, logistics, and day-of details, Proactively identifying and addressing changes as they arise to ensure a seamless participant experience
