What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field, 8+ years of experience in analytics, consulting, Manufacturing Analytics, or a related field, Must have led programs in the manufacturing analytics space, well-versed in manufacturing datasets such as sensor data, and plant floor operational data, Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis, expertise in Power BI or similar data visualization tools, Proven experience creating executive-ready presentations and storytelling with data, Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working with senior leadership, analytical mindset with the ability to work with ambiguous, incomplete, or “fuzzy” data, Experience in digital analytics (clickstream), marketing analytics (CLTV, cohort analysis), and sales/P&L analytics

Nice to Have

Experience in CPG or similar industries, Familiarity with Looker for dashboard development and data modeling, Experience working in fast-paced, client-facing environments, business acumen with the ability to connect data insights to strategic outcomes, Looker experience is a plus

What You'll Do.

Lead the development and delivery of executive-ready Weekly Business Review (WBR) presentations for senior leadership (SLT)

ad hoc analyses across margin

marketing effectiveness

and customer behavior

Translate complex and ambiguous datasets into clear

actionable insights and strategic recommendations

and optimize dashboards using Looker and other BI tools to enable scalable reporting and self-service analytics

Analyze digital user journeys using clickstream data to identify opportunities for optimization and growth

Perform advanced marketing analytics

including CLTV modeling

and campaign performance measurement

Support sales and financial analytics

including P&L analysis

and pipeline tracking

Ensure high standards of data quality

and clarity in all deliverables

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, driving data-informed decision-making; Partner with cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, finance, and digital to understand business needs and deliver impactful analytics solutions
