Proven experience (preferably 5+ years) as a O&M Contracts Manager, In-depth knowledge of construction contracts, contract negotiation, project management principles, analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to assess contractual risks and propose effective mitigation strategies, Excellent negotiation and communication skills, ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, Detail-oriented and organized, ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, Proficient in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite, Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and standards
Nice to Have
MBA or JD is a plus, specific expertise in renewable energy sectors, Data center experience a plus, Familiarity with renewable energy technologies, including solar, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and wind
