What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Relevant qualification in AOD, Social Work, Allied Health, or a related professional field, Relevant professional registration or membership (where applicable), Experience in leadership roles within the AOD or broader human services sector, Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage programs, and drive change, Experience in stakeholder engagement, partnership development, and system collaboration, Risk management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, Ability to inspire, influence, and support diverse teams, Understanding of person-centred practice and the social model of health, Experience managing budgets, performance, and service delivery frameworks, Confidence working with data, reporting, and continuous improvement processes
Nice to Have
Experience leading integrated AOD and mental health services, Experience working with lived and living experience workforces, Understanding of sector reform and emerging trends, Established connections across health, education, or community sectors
