What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Significant experience in product operations, consulting or transformation roles within fast-paced, technology-driven environments., Experience building automations and AI-enabled workflows (e. g. Microsoft Copilot, low-code tools, LLM APIs) to solve day-to-day operational problems., Degree in Computer Science or Advanced Analytics., Proven track record of designing and implementing operational improvements, not just defining strategy., operational and systems thinking, with the ability to simplify complex processes and improve execution., Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous problems into clear plans, deliverables and outcomes., Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving change across multiple stakeholders., Highly structured and pragmatic, with a focus on delivering measurable business impact., A builder mindset, with a bias towards identifying inefficiencies and creating practical solutions to improve team productivity.

Shape and scale the Product operating model at ASOS.
Improve how work gets done across Product teams (which includes Buying
Sourcing) through process optimisation
operational structuring and workflow redesign.
Partner closely with stakeholders across Product
Technology and Operations to identify inefficiencies

Drive operational excellence within Product through a combination of process redesign
