What They're Looking For.

Must Have

BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, other Engineering or related fields (or equivalent experience), 8+ years of overall experience, 3+ years specifically in technical leadership or management of Solutions Architecture/engineering teams, Proven expertise in Generative or Agentic AI, RAG and the orchestration of LLMs, Comfortable understanding development platforms with the use of coding agents, Deep understanding of Data Centers and relevant AI or HPC full stack infrastructure i. e. GPU accelerated computing at scale, Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both engineering teams as well as non-technical business executives

Nice to Have

Experience managing technical relationships specifically with top-tier GSIs (Accenture, Deloitte, etc), Direct experience building and deploying Agentic AI applications, Track record of leading technical teams through rapid technology pivots, Proven ability to manage distributed teams across multiple time zones and cultures, Willingness and ability to tackle unfamiliar territories to solve complex problems, Be a phenomenal listener
